Luca del Monte is a senior manager at the European Space Agency with a ​strong background in international cooperation, governmental relations and advanced technologies. In this TEDx Talk, ​he guides the audience for millions of kilometres​​, from the extreme and calm borders of the solar system to the crowded orbits around our planet. Luca del Monte leads the ESA Space Economy focusing on innovation and the development of a new generation of space entrepreneurs, new Public-Private Partnerships concepts and the economic dimension of space missions. He is in charge of cyber security projects to protect ESA space missions, and responsible for the development of the ESA European Space Security and Education Centre.
