Isabella Potì, an Italian young and talented chef, talks about her skills and approach in her work. Potì’s experience in modern and classic pastry started in Lecce, Apulia, where she continues to work today. Isabella Potì pursued her career working with international well-known chefs such as Cloude Bosi, Martin Berasategui and Paco Torreblanca. In 2016 she won the prize Best Emergency Chef from the South, created by Luigi Cremona, while in 2017 she has been included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Art category. She is considered one of the ten most influential women in the Italian cuisine scene.
